In March 2018 I've begun a new adventure on my career path, which involves both my love for languages and my long-time interest in technology – I became a chatbot and voicebot developer. Until August 2019 I worked for Lekta AI in Kraków, and since December 2019 I have been working in Artificial Intelligence Bureau at PKO Bank Polski. Over that time I've been developing phone voicebots for customer service, debt collection and sales lead qualification.
